Service Area

Our current service area is focused on the San Francisco North Bay. That said—we are expanding! If you are located in the Bay Area, please do not hesitate to reach out and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your event.

Orders

  • Getting started is simple!

Reach out through our Contact Us form, submit your requested equipment or some event details. Or you can just call!

We’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • You can:

    • Use our Contact Us form to give us more details of your event. We’ll call you back ASAP.

    • Use our stores to select items you want and submit them to request availability and calculate shipping and customization costs.

    • Gives us a ring.

We’ll respond quickly with pricing and availability, generally within 24 hours.

  • Currently we do not have will call. All orders are delivered and will incur a delivery fee.

  • Yes you can. Please do note cancellations too close to an event date may incur charges.

See our Cancellations policy for details.

  • We are happy to make alterations but of course these can depend on availability.

If you have alteration requests for your event date, please contact us ASAP to see how we can accommodate most effectively.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons (spring/summer and major holidays).

For large events, 6–10 weeks in advance is ideal.

Last-minute bookings are welcome based on availability.

  • This is highly dependent on the group and length of the event.

We recommend 1.5 drinks per person per hour of event for most events. Add 25% for hotter days or roudier events.

Delivery

  • Yes. And right now, we only deliver.

Our professional staff take care of delivery, setup, and breakdown services. Fees vary depending on location, order size, and complexity.

We may also accommodate off-hour deliveries depending on availability.

  • Currently we do not have will call. All orders are delivered and will incur a delivery fee.

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on load size, zip code and any other considerations like location access or off hour delivery.

  • We serve the entire Bay Area. Please see our service area map on this same page!

Returns

  • We handle standard cleaning. However, we ask that items be returned free of excessive food, debris, or damage to avoid cleaning fees.

Glasses should be emptied and rinsed and put back in the case they came in.

  • Hey, it happens. Within reasonable levels we eat those cost because we know those little charges after the fact are annoying.

Significant loss identified at check-in will be charged retail rates if items aren’t returned within 7 days.

See our Inventory Loss Policy for details.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us, and the parties we service, apart.
